Presentation

There are three forms of presentation available:

• a in-person oral presentation at the conference,
• an online, oral presentation using Microsoft Teams platform,
• a poster presentation.

Recommended poster size is A1 (594 x 841 mm): tools for attaching the posters will be provided by the organizers.

The time-slot for in-person and online presentations is the same: 15 minutes plus 5 min. for a disscussion.

All slides, posters should be prepared in English language.

Registration

In order to participate in our event you will have to register in the conference system.

Submission

You are invited to submit a paper (3-4 A4 pages in IEEE format). Each submission will be evaluated by reviewers.

You can submit your paper after registration in our conference system. After registering in the indico.cern.ch service you can register at our event, and submit a new abstract.

Publication

The publication after the conference is planned in either IEEE Xplore or Przegląd Elektrotechniczny. We advice to use the corresponding templates:

• IEEE Xplore LaTeX / Overleaf,
• Przegląd Elektrotechniczny Word / LaTeX.

Payment

The early-bird fee is available untill 30.06.2024.

The fee for in-person participation covers accomodation, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner, an organized trip, and a publication in Przegląd Elektrotechniczny or IEEE Xplore. The decision is up to the participant during their registration.

For publication in Przegląd Elektrotechniczny: the included fee covers a paper up to 4 black and white pages. Additional pages will be billed separately at 25EUR per each black and white page.
